I've always loved the charm of an eat in kitchen, although I have to confess, that unless I had a house much larger than this one, I wouldn't spend much time actually EATING there. Still, they provide excellent inspiration for people looking to eat up some of that wide open space in broad double galley kitchens like the one above. You won't be seeing this at CDLV - no room, but I find them all inspiring, none-the-less. Enjoy!

These are all fabulous...and very, very large. If only. I am especially fond of Windsor Smith's and Suzanne Kasler's kitchens. Not having acres of space in my kitchen, I will be content to have an eat-in island counter. Does an adjacent breakfast room count? I have one of those. The best part of these kitchens for me is all the natural light. That helps any kitchen feel welcoming. Thanks again for all the work you have put into this series.
