Around the House with Artie Monday
Inspiring Spaces Tuesday
and
Vignette Fridays
I'll of course blog as often as I possibly can, filling in with all sorts of fun things - but these seem to be your favorites, and they'll be around for a good long while! In other news, I've been hard at work getting the house ready for Autumn pictures, and I have a few that I can show you today! This video was inspired by Scot and the adventures of tartanscot, who first published a video of his holiday home here.
Mine isn't nearly as great - but getting there! I'll be taking better pictures with better light soon, but I just had to give you a "sneak peak" tonight! Take a look:

ARTIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't even think of the words to say! This is amazing! AMAZING! Gorgeous. MORE MORE MORE MORE please please please PLEASE! :)
ReplyDeleteArtie, I had to watch it three or four times to see everything. I love the gorgeous vase in the firebox. I remember you writing that the fireplace doesn't work (back when you were blogging about stacked wood) and I think this is a great way to fill it up beautifully - and not have to worry about all those pesky bugs. I love this, and hope you'll add to it and keep reposting. Maybe making the snips longer if you can ... so that we can really appreciate all of the beautiful things ... everything you do is just gorgeous! xoxo, KC
ReplyDeleteIs that a cowhide over your persian rug? Is there anything you DON'T own? I'm so jealous.

What's even nice about this format is that it allows you to be a little more creative with the images by narration, text, music & video footage to bring your readers closer to your vision and the other creative outlets that may have been inspirations behind it.
