I'll follow you forever! I would display my grandmother's worn chocolate cookie recipe that was given to me twenty years ago in her handwriting. She can no longer write well due to arthritis. Insert: "Awww."
ReplyDeleteI would use it to exchange notes with my husband about coming and going. and i've been enjoying following you!

ReplyDeleteOh, and I'm a long time follower!
Wow, the possibilities are endless, but a few that come to my mind for displaying would be pictures of loved ones, favorite vintage postcards, even the directions for a doily I'm crocheting! Would love to win one!

And I'm already a follower too!
ReplyDeleteThese are great! I would either display an old postcard or an old family photo. Hmmm? But the others have posted some great ideas.

ReplyDeleteI just recently started following your blog. Love it.
ReplyDeleteI would display the 1st Christmas card my mother gave my father when they first started dating.
It reads, Christmas Wishes Andy, Your Friend Anne.
So cute - It is one of my most cherished keepsakes.
My parents celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary several months before my Mom passed away last year.

ReplyDeleteBeing a new grandma, I would most likely use it to hold a current photo of my granddaughter. I think this would work well because I'm always taking new pictures and she is always changing at this point, so I like the current pics in front of me.

Oh Artie, there are some great ideas here. I would use them in a group - maybe of 5 or 7, and I'd put them at all different heights with my grandmother's recipe lists on them. They were handwritten by her several decades ago. Love this giveaway, thank you very much! Giney P.
