A Picture is Worth ...

You might remember that I've been working (very hard) at turning a barn into a showplace for the 2013 Lewiston Tour of Homes. Today I did a big load in ... including a chair that I reupholstered myself! Yes, I did my own upholstery! Can you believe it?? And it actually looks really good!

I've been working on a little tutorial on this chair. I'll post it soon! Anyway ... it's a great fabric, a heavy wool equestrian plaid in harvest colors - perfect with the toile used on the daybed. Here's a little pic of how it looks in the room with the daybed:

I've still got a long way to go - more decor, and then dressing the whole thing for Christmas. Everything you see is FOR SALE, so if you love it - let me know! You can snag it before the tour. Pick up or shipping will be December 9.

Oh, and just in case you forgot - here's where we started. Not too shabby huh? Just wait til' I start adding in the final layers! Have a great week!
