A Mario Moment ...

It's snowing in Buffalo, and I'm not happy about it. Thankfully, we didn't get hit in our area as hard as some others, who have seen 4 feet, yes, FEET, and are getting hammered even now with the expected accumulation of 6 feet or more.

When days like this pop up, it's nice to just pretend you're somewhere else. I chose the rooms of Mario Buatta. Indulge me, won't you?

Happy Tuesday.

  1. LOVE !!!
Especially the sitting area in the bedroom.
I love upstate NY too and know how cold it can be. Last time I was there the county fair was going on and we took in everything. Big hug, stay warm....

  2. With the wind howling, temperatures dropping and more snow forecasted on the way; my favourite has to be the outdoor summer patio scene. ☺ With that said, stay warm my friend since you and I share almost the same weather conditions. Hugs, hugs -Brenda-

  3. ugh, so sorry for your pain. I live near NYC, but still... the older I get, the more I really ABHOR winter! And the earth is not getting warmer it seems after all!

What gorgeous, classic timeless interiors. My fave is the chartreuse living room with the Lee Jofa Hollyhock pattern. xo, Laurel

  5. I have to say.....it doesn't snow here (in Santa Barbara..) it doesn't matter. I go to heaven in my mind with seeing Mario's worlds he creates........they are worlds of their own!!

My favorite is the way Joni explains it....Cote de Texas!!!
