A long time blogging pal, and constant source of inspiration, Scot Meacham Wood is having a sale! For those of you who don't know, Scot is the author of The Adventures of Tartanscot blog and has incredible design work around the country that's been published in the likes of House Beautiful and Traditional Home. He's a genius at pattern play and color combinations, and he makes his cozy apartment in San Francisco look like a palatial estate in the country with his wise design skills and frill for all things luxurious.
When he opened up his pop-up shop in San Francisco on trendy Sacremento street, the walls were draped in blue and white checks, and the store was filled with custom pieces done in tartan plaids of course, including an exclusive line of Stubbs and Wootton slippers designed solely for Scot and his store. I am DYING for a pair of them! Seriously!
In the midst of prepping for this pop-up shop, Scot was working on all sorts of projects, including the Traditional Home Hampton's show house:
Scott has a wonderful way with interiors, playing with scale and color, pattern and perspective. His own apartment seems to be his laboratory, with brilliant schemes coming together so effortlessly, it's enough to make me want to light a match to all of mine and start over, AGAIN!
Now you can have a little piece of this in your home, with the sale that Scot's having until Sunday! Check it out here http://www.scotmeachamwoodhome.com/collections/sale . It's always great to see a fellow blogger thriving! Congrats Scot on all your success!
