If I am to be brutally honest with myself - and all of my blogger friends - I wasn't as wise with food choices as I should have been, I only walked four days and I did not drink enough water. i followed Kim Myles all thru her tests and etc when she wanted to be the design star and when she got it, i was just beside myself. i watch her Myles of Styles every week!! Next, i will be adding YOUR show to my evenings....
