Avalon, NJ Home For Sale - Private Home of La Maison's Pat Celii

When I was visting with Pat at her store, La Maison Home this past weekend, she told me she had finally finished decorating her beach home in Avalon, NJ - now on the market. I couldn't wait to pull up the house on Ferguson Dechert and pour over the pictures, then share with all of you - OF COURSE!

Sold completely furnished, the house is 5 bedroom, 4 bath, and just steps to the beach and close to town on a quiet street. Though large, Pat has decorated the house to be so inviting and cozy. Almost everything is new, including the hardwood floors, first and second floor carpets, all appliances, HVAC systems, gas hot water heater and freshly painted walls.

  2. Artie,
I'm so glad you wrote about La Maison Home. I have been posting about the Chadds Ford area on my blog -kitchensihaveloved (sorry for the oh-so-obvious plug) because I love the Brandywine River Museum, the Wyeths, Winterthur, and Longwood Gardens. My family has visited the area often at all seasons. Now, I have a wonderful new shop to check out. I loved your post of Christmas at La Maison Home, and since then it has been on my list to visit when next in Chadds Ford. Thanks for the inspiration.
